Liv-ex Festive Period Schedule 2022

Warehouses

  • Liv-ex Belgium will be closed from the 23rd December at 12pm, reopening on the 2nd January. 
  • Liv-ex Bordeaux will be closed from the 23rd December at 12pm, reopening on the 2nd January. 
  • Liv-ex London will be closed from 4pm on 23rd December and then reopen between between 27-30th Dec. It will also be closed on the 2nd January and will reopen on the 3rd January.

Liv-ex organised collections

  • All collection service users can submit a collection form in the week commencing 12th December, on their normal day.

 

An additional collection will be offered before Christmas, following the timeline below:

 

  • Italy/Denmark/Austria
      • Last form to be received by 16th December, and to be ready for collection on 20th December
  • France/Germany/Belgium/Netherlands
      • Last form to be received by 19th December, and to be ready for collection on 21th December
  • Switzerland
      • Last form to be received by 16th December, and to be ready for collection on 20th December

 

The collections service will resume as normal from the week commencing 2nd January.

Direct deliveries of sales

Last day for direct bookings to be delivered to Liv-ex prior to Christmas is 22nd December. Warehouses will then accept deliveries on their first day re-opened 

Buyers

  • From Liv-ex Belgium 
    • Last shipments of purchases will leave on 15th December for arrival between 19-21 December. This means wines need to be in account by 11th December
  • From Liv-ex UK 
    • Last releases for a guaranteed delivery before Christmas is the 16th December
  • From Liv-ex Bordeaux 
    • Last releases for guaranteed delivery before Christmas is the 19th December
  • Liv-ex deliveries to Hong Kong 
    • Last shipment leaving UK 17th December – to be delivered by the 22nd December.
    • First shipment back will be the 7th January 2023,  for arrival by the 11th January
