Fair Value
The new release offers relative value compared with many of its back vintages. The 2019 currently has a Market Price of £1,100 per 12-bottles which is certainly on option for buyers looking for value.
Although not yet rated by The Wine Advocate, the 2019 has scores from other critics. Jane Anson awarded it 94-points. She noted that the wine ‘has taken a leap in depth and character since the addition of Sémillon as of the 2018 vintage’ and the 2019 was ‘an excellent vintage of this wine’.
Lisa Perrotti-Brown MW (The Wine Independent), gave the wine 95-points, noting that ‘the palate is refreshing and elegantly styled with a quiet intensity and long minerally finish’.
