The white wine from Château La Mission Haut-Brion has been released En Primeur for €480 per bottle ex-négociant, up 11% on the 2019’s opening price.
The wine is being offered for £5,760 per case by the international trade. This is 6.8% more than the current Market Price of the 2019.

Critical Opinion
Scored 93-95 by Neal Martin (Vinous), he said it was “assured and classy” though added that the perhaps the, “the growing season denied it a soupçon of mineralité that would have elevated it to a bona fide great”.
“Pure seduction,” said Antonio Galloni who scored it slightly higher with a 94-96 point bracket.
It also received 95-points from Jane Anson and 95-97 from Lisa Perrotti-Brown MW.
Fair Value
Today’s release is a fully-priced offer given the critical appraisal of the wine. Although Martin praised the red, he was more reserved with the white.
Among back vintages the 2019 and 2018 both offer compelling alternatives, The 2018 has a score of 96 and is 10% cheaper at present, while the 2019 is 6.8% less expensive and has a score of 98-points.
The 2015, likewise, has a score of 95-points and has a Market Price of £5,700.
