Tertre 2019 has been released at €25.2 per bottle ex-negociant, down 14.3% on the 2018 release (€29.4). The wine is being offered by the international trade at £318 per 12×75, down 11.7% on the 2018 release (£360).

James Suckling awarded today’s release 95-96 points and said that this is “a fantastic du Tertre with blackberries and blueberries […] One of the best ever from here. So precise”.
Jeff Leve (The Wine Cellar Insider) gave it a slightly lower range of 91-93, noting the “fresh, elegant, medium-bodied, graceful style of Margaux” in the wine. He added that “this gem is going to be delicious in its youth, and it will age well too”.
Buyers looking for something with a bit of age might wish to consider the 2011 (RP 88) available at 13.5% discount to the 2019, or the 2008 (RP 88) at £300 a case. The 2016, with 91 points from Neal Martin, is also available at £300, 5.7% below today’s release.
