Pricing analysis
According to the Liv-ex Fair Value Methodology, Market Prices of Hermitage La Chapelle are strongly correlated with scores from Jeb Dunnuck (64.2%). While Dunnuck has yet to score the 2022 vintage, it would fall firmly above the Fair Value regression line, even if awarded a perfect 100 points.
Alternatively, the 2014, 2018 and 2017 vintages all fall below the regression line and represent Fair Value to buyers. Still, given the underperformance of the 2014 vintage, buyers may opt for the 98-point 2018 and 99-point 2017.
