As part of this year’s Bordeaux En Primeur campaign, Château Clerc Milon 2021 has been released at €56.40 per bottle ex-négociant, unchanged on the 2020’s opening price.

Critics’ scores
Both Antonio Galloni (Vinous) and William Kelley (Wine Advocate) rated the wine 92-94. ‘Gorgeous’, said Galloni who said it had a ‘classic sense of structure that is quite appealing’.
Kelley added it was a ‘compelling, characterful wine that transcends the vintage’.
Neal Martin rated Clerc Milon 90-92 points, saying it was ‘fine, though I lean toward the d’Armailhac this year’.
Fair Value analysis
Clerc Milon’s closest Fair Value correlation is with age rather than critic scores.
Buyers looking for value might be interested in the older (and better rated) 2019 and 2017 vintages, which are available at a discount to today’s release.
