祝大家新年快乐！ 不平凡的12月结束了这史无前例的一年：脱欧贸易协议终在午夜时分达成； VI-1的要求大大降低和再不需要任何实验室分析。这些看来为我们新的一年带来了积极的开始。 然而，随后美国却宣布对欧盟生产的葡萄酒加征关税。 目前的25％关税已于2019年10月立法，对所有法国、德国和西班牙酒精度等于或低于14％的的非起泡葡萄酒征收关税。 1月12日生效的新关税会扩大到所有德国和法国葡萄酒（所有酒精度）；西班牙则幸免。 意大利和香槟仍然免税。 令人惊讶的是，这些关税带来的影响已在二手市场上看到。 意大利（15.7％）、香槟（10.2％）和美国（10.0％）由于仍免关税，今年初都表现出色。 波尔多却不是那么幸运，由于大多进口商对美国新政府的政策有待观察，预计波尔多（与其它地区）的运输将被延迟；有少数人士更期望这政策会被推翻。 罗曼康帝Domaine de la Romanee Conti, Romanee Conti Grand Cru 2003 成为本周交易总额最高葡萄酒。排名第二的则是啸鹰…
