Saint Pierre 2019 has been released at €33.6 per bottle ex-négociant, down 20% on the 2018 release price (€42). The wine is being offered by the international trade at £422 per 12×75, a 17.3% decrease on the 2018 opening price of £510 a case.

Neal Martin of Vinous awarded the wine a barrel range of 94-96, calling it “Superb, absolutely superb”.
Jane Anson (Decanter) awarded the wine 95 points, noting the wine “needs time to open up, this is a confident wine with a ton of tannin, and will require a bit of patience but you’ll be richly rewarded”.
Jean-Marc Quarin awarded a 96. James Suckling a 93-94.
Prices for Saint Pierre have a 60% correlation to ‘Benchmark Critic’ scores. Wines of similar score and price include both the 2015 and 2018 vintage. Just a few points shy of today’s release is the 2014 vintage and is offered at 23.5% discount.
