New test environment for developers
We are pleased to announce that we have released a dedicated testing environment for our members and developers. This can be used for both training and technical development. If you wish to connect to our APIs, practice placing orders or move stock, you can now do so using this test site. International payments reminder
As mentioned in our August Newsletter, Liv-ex payment details have changed for international customers paying us in euros. Any payments in euros to our old account details will now be returned. For more information, please click here, or contact Simon Cottee ([email protected]).
Billing reminders
You will now receive automated reminders when your membership payment date is coming up. An email will arrive with you 14 and 3 days before, to help you keep on top of billing.
